Unibond make a high strength, high flexibility, combined adhesive and grout for ceramic tiles, suitable for wood floors- commonly available at any of the larger DIY stores.
make sure its flexible as it will crack if not on the timber floor.

Was the timber sealed before tiles being layed on it and was a flexi adhiesive used?

Also if there is movement on the floor it should of been overboarded with ply.

yeh, it was overboarded with ply but I still get some grout cracking, its a lot of hard work and i'm making efforts to stop the tiles from moving but still need a top quality grout
I would recommend a grout i have used in my bathroom and are currently using in my kitchen. It is called 'Mapei Ultra Color Plus'. It Flexible, mould resistant and water repellent. TBH i can't speak highly enough of it.

I think the last .lot i got was 7-8 for a 2 Kg bag which was enough for 6 square meters.

I don't know where you live but i got mine from a place called Tubs and Tiles in Coventry.

Hope this helps.

Oh yeah, it comes in about 25-30 different colours as well.
