Floor Tile Grouting

A single line of my bathroom floor tile grouting has lifted for the second time this year and I suspect there is some slight underfloor movement in the floor boards. I don't want to lift the tiles as I have underfloor heating.

My question is this ; would a flexible acrylic/mastic type cartridge filler solve the problem ? The affected grout line is about 24 inches long and runs from the base of the toilet.

Cheers.
