Is it possible to download from my PC to my DVD recorder or Video recorder

yes and no

if your video card has external outputs and your recorder has the same inputs - it's possible... but it can be a bu**er to do - is it impotant?

(if it's a movie ... you should be able to stick it on the PCs burner to make a DVD or VCD which will play on your DVD recorder
