Supersize vs Superskinny....there is this man and he is 34 and a half stone! They showed you his daily intake of food and it was absolutely shocking. His BMI is over 60 and he is heading for an early grave and yet he does not appear to be the least bit bothered! OK, I have only watched the first segment and he may be turned around but I was shocked by the amount of food that he gorges on in a day, and must admit that I had to turn away when they showed him in his bathrobe . :(

I recorded a programme weeks ago about the worlds fattest lasy -she was 64 stone.
She was beautiful -her 2 girls were beautiful -the one who spoke- spoke very lovingly about her mum.
She had the stomach stapling op -and came through it -but suddenly just about a week later she died.It was so sad and funnily enough if I had read this I would have thought -she should have called a halt years ago -there was no need to get that big -but she was just 29 and it genuinely did just go on her as quick as that -it is the way of life for some Americans (sorry but in particular) -they just gorge on fast foods.
She allowed the docu to be filmed to highlight the biggest killer in America.
I was shocked as although it wasnrt a freak show and wasnt toutes as such -I had no concept of how a human body could stretch that big -it was quite grotesque.
