Difficilt question to answer exactly as it depends on many factors. For example, during pregnancy a diastolic (lower) reading of 90 mmHg or above is considered high. In a fit adult say for example between the age of 25 and 50 the reading would probably be around 120/130/140 mmHg systolic (upper reading) and anywhere between 60 - 80 mmHg diastolic. Also, remember that older peoples BP generally tends to be higher than this. Don't forget, BP fluctuates all the time depending on circumstances (stress)/medical history/age.
