I know this is a very specific question but here it goes.I have just been for a walk in some new shoes I bought and my feet as a result are now covered in sores(not blisters). The skin has peeled away at the side and my ankle. I tried to put a plaster on it but they are the wrong shape for my kind of would.Is there such a thing as a toe plaster? Or are there any plasters that would be the right shape. Thanks xxx

I've got some crocs they're so comfy but I'm going to the Fat Duck tonight with my gf and some of her friends so don't think they would really go with my outfit. Thank you bigmamma
Hiya, I hate blisters...for the future this may help;

I have it but as yet haven't used it.
i am afraid amputation is the only option.

it must be done quickly though to prevent certain death - or worse!

i kitchen cleaver should do the trick - or an axe if you have one.
just bite down on your imitation rolex to help the pain and chop them both off

quickly now.
I was joking crocs are hideous
Like all shoes we buy, there should be a breaking in period. It doesn't matter how comfortable they might be. Breaking shoes in is good for the shoe *and* the foot. and pays in the long-run (your feet 'marry' your shoes.)

Leather inners are *much* better for your feet than synthetic. In case that's a point worth pondering, then consider that a lot of manufacturers are either producing leather inners and outers, of leather inners with synthetic outers; that should tell us all something.

As for your poor 'tooties'? Micropore, that is cut with a 'U' shape to compensate for the curvature of the toes and a small surgical mat; shiny on one side, applied to the wound and very thin should do the trick.

Hope they heal quickly :-)
