I have always used an egg poacher in the past but want to try poaching eggs in boiling water using the "swirling" water method but how does this work if you want to cook 4 eggs at once - surely if I put all 4 in together I`ll end up with one huge ball of an egg with 4 yolks?? If I do them seperatley the first one will be cold by the time the last one is ready.

Use 4 pans.
Broom, if you use a large pan you will be fine. By the time you drop the second egg in the first one will have started to set and so on. Make sure the water is boiling rapidly.

I

We used to do the one at a time method but I bought an egg poacher on the internet for about 2 and it is so much better than boiling gallons of water adding vinegar etc
All done in FIVE mins
