okay so another day went by and I still did not get my period. I am eight days late, and no sign of my period. I took two pg tests, and came out negitive. I have some symptoms such as headaches,nausea,tired,dis-charge. Also pains in my left side, i have experienced cramps but they are upper in my stomach rather then reg. period cramps. I am confused and not sure what to think? My periods are regular and never this late. Should i re-test a couple more days later? Or should I got see my doctor?

Hi
You mention you have a discharge. Is it offensive in odour, bloody and how much?
Headaches, nausea, and tiredness can all be symptoms of stress which can dramatically affect periods.
Negative pregnancy tests do not mean you are not pregnant, if you test again at a later date you may get a positive as they work on the amount of pregnancy hormone in your body and in the early stages the levels of pregnency hormones are low.
If you are in any doubt go and see your GP as they will be able to reassure you.
All the best
Word of warning...my first pregancy test came back negative so i re-tested and it showed positive.

If you've done two tests, maybe you can try a third time, but the main thing is you get down to the docs and get a professional point of view.

Hope it all works out - let us know.

8 days late is too early for home test kits ,false negatives are common. If you are never late and you feel sick it sounds very likely to me. If you can't wait another week then go to the docs. Do you want to be pregnant?
Use First Response test kit - they give really early results - as early as the day your period is due.
