We have a lady near hear who "walks" her cavalier in a pram. It made more sense when she said the dog had been diagnosed with heart problems, but still enjoyed going out...
There's a lady round here who drives her mobility scooter in the middle of the road. Not too bad on our street as it's pretty quiet but she also does it on the busy roads holding up the traffic.
We have a gentleman that does that here, ummm.... long hair, used to be a Hell's Angel. Everyone knows him and he sticks up his middle finger to everyone he recognises with a big grin. He's great :-)
We have a lady who walks down our close, she always walks right in the middle of the road. She has a walking aid, so can only go slowly. People have suggested she walk to the side, but for some reason she will not do that.
I spent years working for DWP. I was visiting a nearby office one day and a guy was recounting a recent incident.
He said that he had been working at his desk and glanced out of the window, there was a Wendy House being carried down the street.
The office had recently allocated a part of their waiting room for children to play in – and now the Wendy House was missing.
Some people will steal almost anything.
