Just heard that John Noakes of Blue Peter fame has died aged 83. He'll be with Shep again. RIP John.

I used to watch Blue Peter with my children. They loved John Noakes and Shep. He had Alzheimer's which is a terribly cruel disease (my mother had it and death really is a release) God rest his soul, he is now with Shep.
