I'm not sure what you mean by "I've been there myself but UK only" TWR. Do you mean that you haven't driven on the continent? The road signs over there are very little different from the UK ones and don't need any explanation. I think continental lorries collide with cars over here is because UK drivers think the centre lane on a motorway is the lane to drive in and do not treat it as purely an overtaking lane; hence they sit alonside lorries in their blind spot.
