Given the recent European ruling in favour of Anders Breivik, does Dennehy have a case to feel aggrieved?

I can see folk may take the view that the period when segregation was unlawful might warrant triggering some form of compensation; but since it seems it was unlawful on a technicality I don't see compensation as being appropriate. It's not like, had they followed the rules, she wouldn't have been segregated.
