What is the Law for children using Electric scoters (scotland)
, are they allowed to drive scooters on roads leagally !!

In England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland scooters can only be used on private roads. An expensive prosecution will follow if used on public roads. Even on private roads insurance should be considered. Children should always be under responsible adult supervision, and only one child on the scooter at a time.
