Surely it depends on whether the authorities find a registration number they can check? If Rudolph manages to hide santa's reg plate with his antlers, he should get away with it!
But are drawn vehicles subject to the CC
knowing that odious s.c.u.m bag livingstone he will find a way , unless of course he hasnt already banned xmas as being offensive to ethnics, in which case santa neednt bother even putting his boots on
