You can delete in the Sent box, should you need to!
oo you tease gness, what have you done?
I use hotmail, and it does on there.
It can depend where you send it from, gness.

If you use both webmail and a PC application (like Outlook) then 'sent' mail may only appear in the 'sent' box of the method you were using when you sent the message.
Yes, always flower xx

Well I haven't really done anything....except leaving phone messages for a company on the wrong numbers....that confused the electrician....and the cold callers I have been ignoring...

So I emailed the company....no reply...so I emailed them again then looked in my sent box and it shows no emails sent to the company....

So I don't know if I have emailed them or not..... :-(

gness - "So I emailed the company....no reply...so I emailed them again then looked in my sent box and it shows no emails sent to the company....

If you are mailing back to an e-mail address that the company has used to contact you, it is possible that their e-mail address does not reeceive incoming mail - a tactic to prevent their burial in irate mails from customers.

If your mail is not showing, it suggersts it has not been received.

Some non-receiving e-mail accounts will send a 'bounce back' advising you that your mail was not delivered - this may still appear, they are not always instant.

Others simply leave your mail drifting in the ether for ever more.

I would suggest you contact theym via their standard Customer Service e-mail which should arrive, and receive a response in due course.
