gness - "So I emailed the company....no reply...so I emailed them again then looked in my sent box and it shows no emails sent to the company....
So I don't know if I have emailed them or not..... :-("
If you are mailing back to an e-mail address that the company has used to contact you, it is possible that their e-mail address does not reeceive incoming mail - a tactic to prevent their burial in irate mails from customers.
If your mail is not showing, it suggersts it has not been received.
Some non-receiving e-mail accounts will send a 'bounce back' advising you that your mail was not delivered - this may still appear, they are not always instant.
Others simply leave your mail drifting in the ether for ever more.
I would suggest you contact theym via their standard Customer Service e-mail which should arrive, and receive a response in due course.
