Morning Wendi and sweetpea. The pictures coming out of the Aberystwyth area at the weekend were terrible. Around the Dyfi estuary area was particularly hard hit and I understand from the RSPB staff at the Glaslyn Osprey project near Porthmadog that the Dyfi Osprey Project (featured on Springwatch) have lost their 2nd chick due to the bad weather in that area. From the pictures I saw from the nestcam yesterday, the 3 Glaslyn chicks are very well advanced and looking very fit and well

I had to go out at 4.30 albs. A minor emergency that required me to sort out. Nothing major. Ironing and hoovering done, floor washing still to do.
