Personally, I avoid the extended warranties so I've never used the company myself, but I do know people who have and feel it's a great service. I'm sure there are complaints out there about them as well; I don't think you could be in that business without some controversy.

In any case, good luck Jaff, whatever you might decide!

I think it's awful that they threw you in at the deepend, what kind of induction training did they do??? hope they did the using step ladders and manual lifting training Eve, oif not you could sue
