mp3 stuck on usb connected

When I plug a usb lead into my mp3 250 it comes up saying USB CONNECTED I cannot download because this message wont go away.Help please as I`m not computer literate!! Thanks Nita

if you mean the MP3 player comes up USB connected then then that seems about right. you don't need to do anything with the player after that.

You use the computer to send files to the MP3 player not the player to "download" the files.

When you plug it in you should get an extra drive appear in my computer. you just have to copy the MP3's you want on the player to that drive using your computer. the easiest way to do that is select the MP3 you want on the player, and right click then select send to and choose the driver letter that the player comes up as in "my computer"
