Camera memory cards

Is it possible to put photos back on to a memory card ( so i can use a digital photo frame) after transferring pictures to computer and then deleting from said memory card ?

Yes, it's actually easier than taking them off the card.

Plug the card into the computer, either using the camera or a card reader and you should get an extra drive under my computer. make a note of what the drive letter is.

Then on any pictures you want to put back on the card just right click them and select send to, and then whatever drive letter the card is.

The pictures will then be viewable on a digital photo frame, they will not be viewable on the camera though. to be viewable on the camera they need to be copied to a specific folder on the card whereas photo frames want them in the root (top level) of the card
