My oh uses the term 'front bottom' for female bits when around polite company and generally uses the word winky for male bits.

Nothing strange (I don't think):-
Fanny or Minnie for the female bits, obviously.
Willy for the willy - nothing wrong with that. It's not offensive, really quite sweet & generations old.

My friend Lil & her boyfriend refer to their as George and Mildred.
