Anyhoo- I had a roast beef and onion butty from my local shop, it was bloody awful :-(

6pm rule

I work from home, so you have to be quite disciplined. It's too easy to get to 5.00 and fancy a glass of wine. So my 6.00 rule is that I don't let myself open a bottle until 6pm. Otherwise, if I was having a bad day, I'd just sit in the kitchen and get p*ssed.

I had... chicken and salad sandwich, a packet of sweet and sour Kettles (THE BEST!) crisps and i bout a bag of fizzy haribo sweets - which i really need to put in my desk to stop me eating them all!!!!
