We're suffering a chicken risotto (home-made) the younger alba suggested Beef Stroganoff, which he doesn't tolerate, strange child.

We are having spring rolls, wontons and prawn toasts followed by Kung po king prawns and egg fried rice. If I can be bothered to get up and cooke it.
a couple of baked potatos

Roast beef with all the trimmings, followed by blueberry meringue pie - a bit of a twist on the traditional lemon. Partway through making the dessert and it tastes delicious!
Roast pork. OH would refuse to believe it's a Sunday if he didn't get a roast with all the trimmings!
Lamb chops with a (sort of) mushroom sauce
Pork chops covered in garlic and grilled serve with rice and a few veg.

Bloody diets!!!!
Gammon, egg, and chips...................
Roast chicken,steamed new potatoes and cabbage -gravy and yorkshire puds. jelly and cream for afters
@RATTER -I'm on Weightwatchers so no Yorkshires for me and no cream on my jelly -don't mind though as have saved my points for a couple of (large) glasses of Red)

I'm having a lazy roast, using a piece of belly pork that was left over from a recent roast and frozen. I'm not sure how it is going to work out and am still mulling over how to make a gravy to go with it. To accompany it though I have roast tatties and shallots with steamed carrots and broccoli.

That might just be the motivation I need to get up and actually put this lot together (from scratch).
something chickeny and not to heavy, I think, had a steak and ale pie with a suet crust in the pub - with friends......
