Photo's of Ex on Facebook

Caz's post below just made me think of this.

A couple of weeks ago a lad at work was looking at my Facebook page and noticed that I still have all the pictures of me and my ex on there, from holidays, etc. He said it was really weird that I haven't deleted them and made me look bad. hhhmmm.

The ex isn't on FB anymore so his name isn't attached to any of the pics.

So, is it weird that I've just left them there? Do you reckon I should remove them?

Lol, no, I didn't go all bunny boiler last week and add them all. They were all put on pretty much at the time they were taken.

But the work lad did make me think people must be looking at my profile going 'crazy bitch'. Lol

depends what your FB page is for. If you want it to be about who and what you are right now, there's no point in leaving exes lying around. But if it's some sort of record of your recent history, then don't rewrite it.

But only you can know your own motives in setting the page up.

If the pics aren't tagged and he's not on FB, then I don't think it matters that much.

Jno, there's all sorts of stuff on there from when I first joined about 6 years ago. There's pics of old work places and collegues I have nothing to do with anymore. I don't think I've ever deleted anything.

I'd leave them there - FB photos are like a time line of your life.

if you had them printed like in the ole days, would you bin them?

if yes then delete them if not, its a part of your history, i would keep them

Well, the ones I had in frames didn't get binned. Just put away in boxes.

Keep them...Facebook is great for storing photos. It doesn't matter if you break your computer, they will always be there.

You can set them to private.

Agree with fluffy. I'd throw pictures of an ex away so would probably delete them on an FB account (if I had any on there). If that's not something you'd normally do then leave it.
