We all knoiw we are being ripped off mercilessly by the printer cartridge merchants. Can anyone recommend a genuinely cheap vendor for these things? I'm happy with remanufactures or compatibles.

Amazon are pretty good. On my Canon printer they go for half price and they are the genuine article.

For Epson (and many other) compatibles - you cannot beat ebay sellers; prices start from 50p with free postage.

I buy Epson compatibles from local shop Cartridge World. About half the branded price. No problems so far.

For my Epson I use a company called Hornsea Inkjets in Lincolnshire and they've always been really good. I can get a full set (3 colours and 2 black) from them for what Epson would charge me for one black one! They do most other makes as well.
