Best brand VHS tapes...

I am clearing out a load of VHS tapes -
going to keep a few though, just in case etc...

anyone got any idea of the best brand ones to keep hold of?
I can't be bothered to wade through them all for quality... plus its hard to tell really.

I know they deteriorate over time and i know big brands are likely to be better, but any recommendations of ones that were particularly known to be good quality?

TDK and their cassette tapes, CDs too.

I prefer Sony Tapes but Scotch are as Good.
