AVG update problem

Everytime i go to update my avg 8 it says that an update is available . The update seems to be going ok then it says " update failed " A .bin file is missing . I restored to yesterday with no success . What could this be.

I had the same problem and couldn't fix it so uninstalled AVG and got Avira Anti Virus instead,it is a much better program in my opinion.

I had that message so changed to avira personal edition classic free. The red umbrella.
