I have turned off and on and rejigged the doodah and clicked on the link and apparently it is just me! Have I done something to upset someone?

facebook is down if you are using a computer and chrome, some people can get it ,others cant, I can get fb on mobile and tablet but not the pc, just one of those things ,probably be okay later.
