How to get Outlook.com email account

How do I registe to get an outlook.com email address. When I log on to outlook.com it just brings me to my hotmail account.

Log into your Hotmail account and then follow the instructions for 'Add an @outlook.com alias to your account', here:

I've got an account and personally i think its crap, unless you have to i wouldnt bother with it, for now anyway, until they get basic functions to work correctly

I went back to Hotmail.
