I don't have a great deal of experience with laptops but I'd suggest that if it is still under warranty it may be worth trying to get the sticky ones replaced. You may have more problems getting the ones you damaged fixed but they may accept they were sticking too.
If not then you could always try your local repair man, but I susect taking it to a computer repair shop might be a better bet. At this point it may be that you need a new keyboard ordered/fitted.
