Photo rotate question

Sorry not sure where to put this;-

Hi, I have some photos that need rotating & usually I can do this with no problems but on trying to rotate some today, I get an error message saying ‘cannot rotate as there is a problem with the photos file properties’.
Can anyone help me to rectify this please?

Not heard of that. Maybe the picture file is corrupt ? Can you view it ? If so can you resave it to a different name and work on that instead ? Does a different photo editing application have the same issue ?

Window picture and fax viewer is the best software for rotating picture, so try it because it will definitely help you. If talking about image file giving you an error, may be file is corrupted, hence you should go for another image with this software and check for image, is it able to rotate or not?
