There was a big spider in the bathroom earlier so I called mr. c to rescue me
as I'm terrified of the little blighters. Mr. c proceeded to flush said spider
down the toilet but the damn thing still doing the breast stroke and 'm desperate for a wee. i honestly dont fancy anything with eight legs trying to to tickle my bum. What would you advise?

Poor thing, catch him in a glass, scoop him out of the water and put him outside. I couldn't bear to watch him drown, it upsets me even now to think about it :(

I could lend you a cat, who will fish it out and "play" with it until it's dead, and then will just sit and look at it wondering why it doesn't move any more
