Can somebody tell me what's going on here??

I was just playing on Google Maps and zoomed right in on this location and I noticed that a lot of the cars are parked extremely strangly. I assume it is a car depot/showroom of some sort but can anybody tell me exactly?

It looks like a car storage depot to me.

A few minutes detective work on the internet shows it to be cars parked at British Car Auctions in Green Lane, Walsall.

I'm still trying to work out why it looks like there's a white tent in my back garden.. like a police murder scene tent!
