Good Morning Early Birds!

The weekend is here. Yesterday turned out fine after a chilly start. I din'y know what today will be like. We shall see.

Tiggy was in as usual last night. I put some bigger bits of food out for him to take back to the nest. he ate the the smaller bits and did indeed take the bigger bits back. Smart lad is tiggy. :o}

A heavy dew this morning and a bit chilly. I hope it warms up a bit later.

Morning peas. xxx He's a clever wee lad isn't he! :o} No. No charter today. I've got some shoplifting to do and some housework. Got to be done hasn't it. I might watch the GP practice later.

Sore :o( My neck 'went' lastnight, so am covered in Voltarol and a hot wheatie at the moment until enough movement comes back to turn my head :o( will try and get to a sports massage place this morning if I can find one to ease it up.

Painful peas, painful. Vera used to get that. I used to massage it for her. A pity you don't live closer isn't it. I hope you can get it sorted out quickly. xxx

'morning all - Boatie - it's good to see you're looking after hedgehogs well. Top temperature only 14 degrees and wet here this afternoon but I'm not going to let it get me down - you lot can cheer me up!

It's too dark these mornings, too chilly too. There is an art to massage peas, Vera and I are both trained in it. We used to 'practice' on each other.

I'm planning on making a beef, mushroom and red wine pie for lunch today, and dish it up with runner beans, potato, sweet potato and swede mash and carrots. That should keep the wolf from the door. :o}

I've had hedgehogs living in the shed then the garden for many years. They are lovely little creatures. :o}

Yeah Peasculiars - due to the holiday weekend it doesn't open until later but I'm thinking of going to a 24 hour one which is not as good as my regular one.

Made a beef stew that was actually edible the other day with runner beans and carrots - perfect for when the cold starts creeping in.

Funnily enough I am a trained Swedish Massage Therapist (although I did the training for fun/ out of interest rather than to do professionally) so OH was my guinea pig for quite a few months whilst I practised - He wanted to tell all his friends that his missus had 'tried a new technique' on him lastnight, but thankfully didn't lol

Kev, if there was a 24hr one near to me I'd defo go - I used to love going to the gym, but the only time i can get there now is 'Peak' time with strange people taking selfies in the mirrors :o)

I knew peas - it's quite comical watching the posers admiring themselves in front of mirrors at the 24 hour. My regular gym there are no posers just nice people (except one - there's alway one isn't there) I'm listening to Cilla Blak - You're My World. Anyone else listening to music?

kev you just have to hope that one like your garden enough to take up residence. They need somewhere sheltered and safe, out of direct sunshine to build a nest.

peas around about midday OK? You'd be very welcome. I could sort your neck out too. :o} You can't do it on yourself. I could use some of Vera's essential oils she made up for me.

Ta boaty, don't think I'll be driving any further than a few miles today. looks like nearest place with massage is a David LLoyd centre down the road (will check bank account before booking there though!)
