Southbound is ok BOO, It's just forward that J31 at Preston, they have taken a Bridge down near the M55 For Blackpool and that is the cause of the probs.

mine is just so domestic. so many emmets that it takes so long to get anywhere. understand they get in wrong lane and not too bothered about that but wish they would indicate which way they were going so I don't have to guess.
