I would imagine that the US has been ready for military action for some time.

All eyes now on the Chinese to see if they bring their boy under control.

I think it is a serious threat. America will have laid its plans. Not sure how it will play. The greatest danger to world peace has always been from a deranged Asian leader who had managed to get his hands on nuclear power i.m.o.. I remember discussing this with a hugely intelligent scientist friend over 20 years ago. Dangerous situation.

Do they have any other natural resources?
Action will be taken to those countries who are rich with minerals and natural assets like- Iraq, Syria etc.
