It's Wednesday already. The weather people got it right! It's warmer but wetter. Lots of snowdrops and daffodils showing off and very nice it is to see them.

I wish the snowdrops and daffies would have a slightly longer nap for their sake. Haven't they seen the weather forecast?

Morning alba. The gout is a little better this morning thanks, but it does take a while to clear up completely.

i don't think we will see any more white stuff down here, but you never know!

We complain about our weather but poor old Oz is getting it in spades.

Aren't they just! It's the magnitude of it, it's hard to imagine the scale of it. areas about the size of Europe under water, and they can do nothing about it. They are a brave nation, the will come through it and start to rebuild as soon as possible.

They're made of stern stuff. Hope Seekerz isn't in any affected area. Now the US is getting the severe snow. Blooming Norah, the world's going loopy.

It is indeed alba. seekz is OK . . . at the moment, she's in south Australia, It seems to be the eastern side of the country, on the Pacific coast that is getting the grief. Time will tell.

Health and Safety didn't like the idea of wiring the handle, i'm afraid, but it is under lock and key. Wind getting up here in North Wales - certainly worse now than it was when I got up at 4.20 this morning- but promising possible force 8 gales later on today. Still, it's not as bad as the poor Aussies

Sometimes they could do with being wired up to the mains. Might jolt some common sense into them .

You haven't seen the size of our H+S guy - think the term brick *** comes to mind and i'm 6'2" and he dwarfs me!!
