Masai Mara in Kenya - fantastic
A few memorable ones. Thailand and Egypt.

The worst would be DisneyLand Paris. Too much queueing.
Most memorable was in Cornwall in 1969, I remember it every time the daughter has a birthday....
Lol Craft...
I haven't been on holiday for over 20 years. I had some pretty memorable ones when I was a kid though. One time camping in Wales I climbed a cliff, got stuck and had to be rescued. Another time the other kids in the kids home I was in thought it would be hysterical to strip me naked and throw me in a big patch of stinging nettles, I spent a night in hospital then the rest of the holiday in bed. Another time they stripped me naked and threw me in the sea, I couldn't swim :-/
At 21...my very first trip abroad. A mate and i went to Bermuda.
Also my first visit to Italy...saw where my family came from.
Daffy...that is bloody horrendous :-(
Par for the course in kids homes if the other kids take against you ummmm. I was unlucky in that I was the only kid in the home that didn't have a sibling there with me, that made me the odd one out immediately, it also meant there was nobody to stick up for me.
It made me able to cope with pretty much and crisis in my adult life though.
Will mull over the most memorable.....

My worst.....There are two....one was staying with two guys in France....they were a very emotional and theatrical couple.....
Very much in love but prone to rows.....
When A started throwing his posh kitchen knives at B I had to pretend to faint to draw their attention away from their row....'twas an odd holiday.....☻

The second, again in France.....we had just arrived at our cottage in a nice quiet village with another couple.....
The kettle hadn't even boiled when he felt the need to sneak off to phone the mistress we knew nothing about.....unfortunately the acoustics in the cottage meant his voice carried....everywhere....
The village was no longer quiet as he ran down the road with the wronged partner firing everything she could at him......
I got such a fright I sliced the top off my finger and had to go to hospital....

The remainder of the holiday...after the lady had left on the next plane was.......okay.... :-(

I`ve had lots of memorable ones but the ones in Africa stick in my mind. Worst was Fuerteventura - what a dump.
We've had some brilliant holidays all over Europe and the Caribbean. The most memorable was also the worst. Corfu, we paid for a 4 star and because of over booking were put in an annexe. The receptionist robbed us on the exchange rate, the food was dire, Mic was bitten so bad it closed both his eyes. The more we complained the worse they treated us.
Plenty of of memorably good holidays/trips, the best always involve wildlife in its natural environment.

The memorably bad trips seem to involve Spain, every visit has had its issues. Hong Kong isn't a particularly good destination for me either.

A spa hotel in Marrakesh. A once in a lifetime, a wonderful week in a fascinating cultural city.
The worst might well be Crete out of season, where it lashed it down, and nibble nearly drove into the swimming pooil - then the power failed. nibble went out for a drink, locked himself out, I got up in the dark to let him in and cracked my head on the door. That was only one night though, it was not a bad holiday otherwise!
I think skiing and Disneyworld were two of my most memorable. Apart from those, although we have been to lots of different countries, as a child, I loved the horse-riding ones in Devon the most.
Worst was Turkey and Mexico.

Best was Turks & Caicos and The Bahamas

Off to Halkidiki in 3 weeks' time B-)
