2. Artist's name is mud, losing title of respect for all men (7) ?AL?ORD

3. Old tinker penetrates parking swindle (4) PR??

2 Mallord
2 Mallord?
PRIG ?
The word play previously given by Bibblebub as

in the word MUD
replace U [=title of respect, as in U and non-U]
with all = ALL, men = O.R. [other ranks]
1. JOMO (cross , kind hybrid domestic cattle)
Jo - beloved one in Ayr
Mo - old word for more.
And in 2, is U not the Burmese title of respect as in U Thant, rather than U and non U socially acceptable?
