Not been particularly friendly either has to be said when you tell me to stop moaning when ive done everything by the book.

Nor ever ever replying to any emails which were pertinent.Plus I always give a kiss so you know im friendly.I prefer to take people at face value unless proven otherwise -just the way I am suppose.

Dris, I've had the same. I asked why one of my questions was removed and (eventually) got a reply that made me think the Ed was getting me mixed up with someone else, as it bore no resemblance to what I had posted.

Sadly I don't follow? I can say: We don't reply over the weekend and we, generally, reply to everything we can. You must understand we get a lot of emails?
