no side effects,,,,,drink plenty water,,,,,try not to eat to much red meat when taken creatin suppliment,cos it effects ya kidneys,,,,depending on how much yr lifting depends on how much you take,,,,,,its a bit like protine supp...
I dunno.. I would best avoid it. If you want protein there are plenty of good natural foods you can eat that are perfectly safe and cause no side effects whatsoever. Egg whites, almonds, nuts, spinach, chicken, etc, etc are all available in plenty. So why experiment with creatine? Further, I read somewhere that these things could possibly make a man impotent or sterile.
My advice? NO Creatine
I can never understand why men risk putting all this stuff in their bodies just to build muscle, why not just be happy with the person you are!!

I guess that if you take creatine and dont exercise it makes you fat, right?
I know a couple of people that took it and the main side effect was to their digestive system - they could clear a room with their "emissions" if you get what I mean!
