Creatine.......any dangers

I'm a regular gymer. I was looking at getting some protein bars as snacks etc but the ones that look really good and good value contain creatine, now I'm a bit old school and tend to not take anything like this. Are there any experts out there who can help with the pros and cons of creatine? Thanks

Creatine occurs naturally in the human body and is also present in meat. Have a look here and scroll down to the part "Use as a supplement".
