Have you got someone you can talk to? Sorry you feel this way, I'm sure it happens to lots of us at times. Maybe as mentioned, go for a little walk
As it's the day of rest, here's what happened down the road at the local church.

A minister decided that a visual demonstration would add emphasis to his Sunday sermon. Four worms were placed into separate jars:

1The first worm was put into a container of alcohol.
The second worm was put into a container of cigarette smoke.
The third worm was put into a container of chocolate syrup.
The fourth worm was put into a container of good clean soil.

At the conclusion of the sermon, the Minister reported the following
results:
The first worm in alcohol - Dead.
The second worm in cigarette smoke - Dead.
Third worm in chocolate syrup - Dead.
Fourth worm in good clean soil - Alive.

So the Minister asked the congregation - What can you learn from this demonstration?

A little old woman in the back quickly raised her hand and said,
"As long as you drink, smoke or eat chocolate, you shouldn't have worms!"
Put on some of your favourite music. Works for me when I feel "down".

Not today, everyone is tied up today, and people watching ...no just makes things seem darker. Trying to watch TV, but it's not going in... Can't remember the last time I laughed. Sorry, I shouldn't have posted,
Join the club! Pain level usually 2 or 3 out of 10. Been at 8 or 9 for the past 3 weeks.
After 30 years or so I really wonder what it would feel like to be pain free!
Yes, you should have posted. Keep posting - and wander round the site and post elsewhere too. It can be very therapeutic. Don’t sit and stare at the walls.
well sunday pm tv is usually pretty awful and depressing to begin with!
Are there no cafes, bistros, garden centres etc., nearby where you can go for a cuppa and maybe a chat with someone?

Take your sketch book or paints with you and then people will have an excuse to stop and chat.
Have you got a nearby green area? Going for a little walk might help lift the mood, unless it's throwing it down where you are.
Have you tried any of the painting by numbers apps?
I have no idea if any of them may divert you xx
I find a few ways of distracting myself when I am depressed or just low.

This is one way




When you have any type of chronic illness you sometimes feel like screaming at the world to tell them that 'No I'm not *******okay' !

:-)
A bath/ shower, clean bed linen, cosy pjs. Treat yourself, chocolate, cake, wine. A nap. It’s ok to have these days, don’t worry about posting.

Sometimes, nothing much works and you just go along with it as best you can, until it passes. Hopefully, you'll feel a different person tomorrow, whereby, your dark mood has lifted. I very much hope so. :-)
