Thursday. 3°C this morning, No wind, so a light dusting of frost on the cars. Not too bad out because of no wind, but the air is fresh and clean. My favourite time of day.

Got the floors washed yesterday, bedroom to have the dust re-arranged today. My tankard collection is due a wash too, but not today, there's a hundred and twenty of them, all different! Some are over two hundred years old.

Have a happy day everyone.

Morning Boaty, hope you have a good 'un.
3c? you will be sunbaking soon..
You just had me thinking how much fine liquid must have passed from some of those tankards during their life span, and possibly not too fine a liquid ;-)
Just a flying visit from me, little 'uns to drive in 15 minutes or so.
All the best

Afternoon oz. Yesterday was 7°C I was in the garden in a t shirt and joggers in the afternoon. Positively balmy, so it was. :o}

I've researched the history of some of them. I have one from an OxBridge fours boat crew, but I can't find out which one as both have a college with the same name.
Try not to kill too many of the wee darlin's mate!
I will be both patient and gentle with them Boaty, even though sometimes other thoughts pop into mind ;-), but only momentarily mind you.

That's the way of it mate! :o}
Maybe I should visit one day Boaty, I'm sure you would have 120 tankards of cider lined up for quality control purposes.
Bye for now.

ps: I've been known to sleep where I drop in the past.

:o} I have no idea where the shelves originated. I've even got a wooden tankard.
a mixture of what u collected on your travels and what friends have donated ?
Question Author
Exactly beej. Some are not worth much, but I like them. Some are quite valuable. I did have 350, but I had to get rid of some of the everyday stuff and keep the good ones.
