Co-op open today?

I can't get on the co-op website for some reason. Anyone got any idea did they are open today?

B00 works in the Co-op and said yesterday they were open from 7am x

co-op shops all open on sundays

Our Co-op is NOT open today (my son is a teamleader there but has had to work to do re-stocking, etc.) Tesco not open here either. Tesco opening tomorrow with short hours, Co-op as normal. This is East Devon.

Is the Co-op open today? Does a bear sh!t in the woods? Have been to the Co-op today, only because it is the only place open. Totally gobsmacked because since my last visit (over a year ago) they have got rid of the hags and have two new girls who actually smile at customers, offering to pack their goods. Mind you, produce is still the same old sh!te. Only went in because they have Gordon's gin on special offer at £11 a bottle.

South Yorkshire....my local Coop is open and so is my local Tesco Express shop...but not the Tesco Supermarket......

It obviously varies from one region to another then. We do have a smaller Co-op as well that might be open, it's more like a Spar shop.

Bet you guys would hate to live in Switzerland......the shops are all shut EVERY Sunday.....You can't make any noise either....no outside DIY or lawn mowing.

I would prefer to go back to the times when shops were closed on Sunday and when nothing happened on Sunday. People seem to be shopping obsessed these days.

Sorry Lottie, I have to disagree. Sundays back then were soooooo dull. My childhood memories are of doing chores on Sunday morning, followed by Sunday lunch and then a long, boring afternoon. The choice of entertainment was usually a black & white war film or going to Sunday school. Tea was always sarnies then tinned fruit and carnation (yuk) accompanied by Songs of Praise.

It was open. Hoorah! So I got my eggs which means I don't need to use the salsa spread I was going to use instead and I ended up getting some baking powder. That's just cos I like buying stuff.
