^^ mind you, when my sister lived in the UAE, she worked for a guy who had solid gold bath taps and the bathroom was lined in panels of real tiger's eye - I guess if you have it, you spend it!

One thing I have noticed in life , In India and in Africa is that the local people have no empathy for the poor or starving ...

Maybe he's brother will now build a 35 floor house ?

Can you imagine trying for planing permission for a 27 floor house in the middle of London or Bristol ?
