l have a regular full driving license and l`m thiking of hiring self drive mini bus, is there a maximum seater l can hire on my license as l have noticed you can hire up to a 17 seater or would l need a p.s.v license

If you have had your licence since before 1 Jan 1997, you can drive a minibus as long as its not for hire or reward.

When I drove taxis, I could drive 28ft 17 seater disability minibuses as a voluntary driver but only 8 seater minibuses if I was being paid.
