From what I have read this morning OG the driver was a carrying a plant machine of sort & was running on the hard should, the bridges on the Motorways are 16ft in height, the is the 3 Running lanes, some bridges slope on the hard shoulder be even so, the driver should have checked his / her height, if the HGV had got to that area of the M20 he must have passed other bridges, the fault is with the driver.

I was on the M3 when I saw the signs about the M20, so we wnet round to the a2 and down to Cantebury. They did well to put it on the signs in the M25/M3 etc so we had plenty of time to re route, so little effect thankfully.

My Daughter and Grandchildren were travelling that way on the day and luckily her SatNav routed her round it.
