It does ummm - maybe a 'tactile' knee in the privates would discourage it - although i am sure some women are too shocked and distressed to react quickly enough.

Svejk, if she had made a formal complaint at the time and it were properly investigated, I doubt it would have got to court.

I have worked with a couple of women, who after a few drinks seemed to think it was perfectly reasonable to grab you by the nuts in fun. (and not gently I can tell you).

Do I have a case against them.

He squeezed a woman's breast, I see. Wrong yes, but I thought a slap across the face by the woman concerned would have sorted it out there and then. I'm not condoning it but come on, to come forward 20 years later because a bloke once squeezed her breast is just so obviously a compo fishing trip.
