NHS England chief executive Sir David Nicholson randed ‘the man with no shame’ to retire on his own terms with a gold-plated pension worth £1.9million after refusing to carry the can for standards of care which led to the deaths of up to 1,200 people.

Are you at all surprised,sir.prize?(Sorry,it sounds a bit like Cilla Black that), but the trough for these arrogant greedy pigs just gets deeper and deeper.

Two good points there, Everhelpful (including the Cilla one)!
The problem is, he is gulty morally, but not legally - only one of those concepts would take his pension - and indeed his liberty - away from him.
