Mrs Owd is under the table shivering stokie
one of my cats is wailing to go out but i can still hear the fireworks going off and so she can stay put til later. we've got the new johnny depp dvd to watch now though, so all good thanks!
Not long got home - took the kids to a display.
There's loads still going off round here, and will do for the rest of the night (week!) I'm sure. I don't have any furry friends, but do feel sorry for them at this time of the year.

lol thats naughty owd but i wont tell her what you said mate..our cat went out earlier dotty and hasnt come back yet hope shes ok and comes in soon or else mrsmaverick will give me a rocket when she comes in [pardon the pun]...
My Dog ( Large Black Lab ) absolutely loves fireworks. He looks to see where the bangs are coming from and tries to chase them. I think it is because he is bred from a line of working gun dogs.
Been pants for me this year, had to stay at home with a bad back (& a cold to boot!) 4th week of having it so off to the docs tomorrow. Love firework displays too (family went) but all I could do was listen to the bangs and fizzle sounds whilst laid on the floor wishing for some pain relief :o(
awful 4th night of terrified dogs

hope you feel better soon wingnut..a bad back is no fun...
Noisy! My poor girls have gone off lay (I suspect Saturday frightened them too much). I've kept the cats in the last 2 nights and only let them out late when the bangs have stopped. I'll be glad when it is over.
its been quite quiet, but there was a bit of an issue regarding a 'family display' when I was coming back from doing my rounds. My furry friends don't seem to bothered by the loud bangs and such
Damp squib
Been very quiet for a bonfire night a few bangs round 20.00 and thats been it.
Not a lot going on round here, but have had a few days of them already.
Just a nice quiet bang, thank you.
The whole weekend has been pretty quiet. I am wanting an early night so that is almost guaranteed to bring out the late night party animals and their fireworks.....
Friday a few. Saturday a few more. Sunday not too bad. Tonight horrendous. The whizzes and bangs were so loud I couldn't hear the TV. I thought no one had any money.
Mr mac got out of hospital today after having a heart attack and my neighbours decided to put on an industrial sized display in their tiny back garden which also made the dog go mad. It's been an interesting night...
Crumpet sat at window watching rockets etc, Felix still behind couch all quiet now though
